Do I need to make repairs or updates before selling? +

Not always! We'll talk through which updates are worth it and which ones aren't, so you don't spend money you don't need to.

Can you help me sell and buy at the same time? +

Absolutely! I'll help you plan the timing so you can move from one home to the next as smoothly as possible.
